Heart of Light Workshop: Opening to the Infinite Human

In this one day workshop we use music, breath, guided meditations, chanting, movement and silence to open the portal of Compassion in our Universal Heart. Opening both the High Heart (thymus) and traditional Heart charkas is the key. From there we explore how to manifest this compassion into our physical world.

The Heart of Light provides an amazing amount of power to connect physical and spiritual energies. It is the next step in reuniting our bodies with an incredibly gentle and soft energy that already exists inside of each of us. We will use chant, breath, easy movement and meditation to tune our Heart of Light within. Please dress comfortably.

About 3 years ago Drunvalo taught me the healing technique he uses in his workshops. I spent another year working with him doing these healings in his workshops.  Two years ago Thoth appeared, and began to teach me how to embody the Heart opening. With my Hathor guide Atamira by my side, I developed a gentle and kind way of using music and my voice to gently lift out energies that are no longer in tune with our bodies and souls.  We will have a time of 'lay-down'healing in the workshop for you to receive this healing as I sing and play my Tibetan Singing Bowls. For those who desire it, I will stay to offer private healing sessions where I can speak directly to personal issues and the energies that bind them into our life."

The workshop takes place at the Santa Fe Centre which is located just north of the N340 coast road a few kilometres from Estepona.

The special energy in this loft-type place has been lovingly- enhanced with exotic furnit and warm rugs to provide the perfect space for this workshop.Tea, coffee and juice in the breaks as well as a delicious vegetable paella lunch together on the beach are all included in the price of the workshop.

El taller tendrá lugar en el Centro Santa Fe que está situado al norte del N340, y unos pocos kilometres de Estepona.

La energía especial de este sitio tipo buhardilla ha sido realzado amorosamente con muebles exóticos y alfombras cálidas para ofrecer el espacio perfecto para este taller. El precio del taller incluye te, café y zumo en los descansos así como un almuerzo juntos con deliciosa paella vegetariana en la playa.

The Santa Fe Centre is located just north of the N.340 coast road to the east of Estepona at km.159.50.If you are coming from the east(Malaga,San Pedro etc) turn right off the coast road where you see the sign Real Escuela Ecuestre.Go straight on for approximately 100 metres where there is a small industrial area of white-washed warehouses on the right.Turn right into this area.You will see a sign for Centro Santa Fe on the wall.Go straight on again and Centro Santa Fe is directly in front.There is ample parking near the centre.

If you are coming from the west (Algeciras,Estepona) turn right off the coast road just after the Kempinski Hotel and use the cambio de sentido that goes under the road to double back and follow the directions as above.

El Centro Santa Fe está situado justo al norte de la carretera de la costa N-340 al este de Estepona en el Km. 159,50. Si vienes del este (Málaga, San Pedro, etc.) gira a la derecha cuando veas el letrero Real Escuela Ecuestre. Ve recto unos 100 metros aproximadamente donde hay un pequeño polígono industrial de naves encaladas a la derecha. Métete ahí a la derecha. Verás un cartel en la pared para el Centro Santa Fe. Ve recto de nuevo y el Centro Santa Fe esta directamente enfrente. Hay aparcamiento suficiente cerca del centro.

Si vienes del oeste (Algeciras, Estepona) por la carretera de la costa gira a la derecha justo después del Hotel Kempinski y usa el cambio de sentido que va por debajo de la carretera para volver sobre tus pasos y seguir las indicaciones de arriba.
