A song to align your Body, the Expression of your
Heart and your Thoughts
A Musical Contemplation
How do you draw to yourself the support that is
needful to express your Soul's journey now?
Om
Ah Hum
The words of this chant are a Buddhist mantra,
meant to draw blessings through humanity by
balancing the mind, the expression (in speaking or
singing) of the heart, and the physical body.
Listen to this a few times. You may feel more
present and ready to engage with tasks, people or
situations in a way that brings blessing. This
balance can assist you in receiving loving
spiritual guidance in more challenging
situations.
While this song
can be used alone for balance and integration,
listening to the two songs that are meant to
precede it will significantly deepen your
experience.
1. The
Embrace: How does your Soul want to enrich your
Body?
2. Comfort:
How to Ground in the midst of
Change
A PERSONAL
NOTE from NORMA:
This song was channeled from my Hathor guide
Atamira blended with a Divine Being associated with
Buddhism. It was not until I was listening to the
recording that I realized the Sanskrit words that
were coming through me. While I was singing I was
aware of the importance of the vowel sounds, and
the depth of connection I was sensing to the
Divine. This is one way that channeling, or
connecting to Spirit happens.
This
song is excerpted from my podcast meditation #67
Compassionate
Transformation.
