How does your Body want to Ground itself Now?

Grounding in the midst of change is challenging. Changes in the external world often coincide with changes within the Earth's magnetic field, which reflects the consciouness of the soul we call Gaia. Since our bodies resonate with these shifts in Earth's consciousness, our own grounding changes regularly. With the speed of change that we are experiencing now, what used to work isn't working as well.

Here is a sound healing to assist you to find your new grounding, even while the world keeps changing.

Within each chakra of our body, there is a potential for guides, angels and our Spiritual support staff to connect with us. Whether it is the multitude of chakras on the bottom of the feet, or those better known chakras in our body. Did you know that each organ has a series of chakras? Taking it to the microcosm, every cell has a chakra. And perhaps every atom.

The word 'chakra' simply means 'energy in - energy out'.

Here is a song to clear and enliven the chakras of your lower body. After listening, you may find greater awareness of your feet, and an improved sense of calmness and grounding.

Everything in form has a flow of inbound energy that supports it, and a flow of outbound energy that it offers to the world. With greater clarity in our system we can feel the spaciousness, the stillness and the quietness that happens when our energies are the primary energies within and all around us.

In our modern world, we have become habituated to being surrounded by energies that are not our own. This can result in losing our ability to sense and easily step into the stillness that is required to connect deeply to our own intuitive knowing.
