Within the energies of the Summer Solstice and
during the moment of June's Full Moon, sound shaman
Norma Gentile offers a meditative musical concert
of Sacred Songs and medieval Healing
Chants.
Sung in full candlelight, Norma creates a colorful
harmonic tapestry upon which she sings songs
composed nearly a thousand years ago by the seer
and saint, Hildegard of Bingen. A choir of multiple
singing bowls and other devotional instruments
accompany spontaneous Songs from Spirit drawn
through Norma.
These songs are based on the energies of those
present and participating online. All of the songs
are imbued with healing energies from Archangel
Michael and your own guides and angels.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Whether in person or online, this is a time
of meditation. Let yourself relax and be
undesturbed for about an hour and 15 minutes. You
may want additional time afterwards to simply be
with the healing energies.

Change is all around us, but are we moving in the direction
that our Soul wants us to move now? Holding onto old
patterns that we can't fully let go of is a chronic issue
for most people.
My guides suggest that the time frame from the last week of
January until about mid-February is a window of opportunity
to identify the roots of repeating issues and gently release
them. Especially those energetic roots that lie deep within
our body.
I invite you to join me for an hour of spoken insights
(channeled from Archangel Michael and Mary) along with some
healing songs that flow spontaneously through me from my
Hathor guide Atamira.

Meditation
Less Doing, More Being
with
Spoken Insights and Healing

an hour of spoken insights, deeply still energies
and healing songs channeled from Spirit.
From the end of July until the middle of September,
there is an alignment of the Sirian Suns with our
own Sun. This alignment bathes us in Sacred
Masculine energies. What many call the Lion's Gate
in early August is only a portion of this
process.
We continue to receive Sacred Masculine energies
will into September. These energies are wonderful
at helping us create things in form. However, if
not tempered with the Divine Feminine (meditation,
rest, self-care) they cause us to become frazzled
and unfocused. Sort of like too much
caffeine!
I offer this time of meditation specifically to
generate those qualities of nourishment, grounding,
and centering that help us build a chalice of
Divine Feminine energies within ourself into which
the Sacred Masculine energies may be contained.
In this way our ability to create things in
our life comes from a balance of both doing and
being.
The focus is on calming, centering and
nourishing as we are bathed in energies that tend
to lead us into too much 'Doing' and not enough
'Being' this time of year. Especially this
year! Here is a time of
integration, nourishment and rest.
The alignment with the Sirian Suns (Lion's
Gate and Sirian Portal), two Full Supermoons and
our entering into a months-long cosmic cloud (which
contributes to confusion, questioning our
decisions) will be addressed.

An Experiential Gathering of Energy-Sound
Healing
Through
toning, chanting and an extended sound
healing, Norma offers a space of deep
contemplation and reflection using Tibetan
singing bowls and her own professionally
trained voice. Norma will share a simple
technique that anyone can use to create
overtones in their voice. This technique
can be taken home and shared with others
to use in their healing proccess.
Participants are welcome to sing or listen
and observe as they please.

This
gathering includes a unque Sound Healing
Journey with medieval healing chants
conposed by Hildegard of Bingen and sacred
songs drawn through Norma directly fromn
Spirit. These songs from Spirit are based
on the energy of each of those present,
and are specific to those attending.
I will be joined on a few songs by
musicians David Meeder (native flutes),
Michele Colchin (piano) and Kathy Assiff
(bowls). My thanks to them for agreeing to
share their own musical healing talents
during this gathering.
Do wear loose, comfortable clothing, and
feel free to bring a meditation cushion if
you would like. There are regular chairs,
and the room is fairly large so we can
spread out easily. Ample free parking.

yourself in candlelight and healing
chants.
Tibetan Singing
Bowls and harmonic voces accompany Norma
in this unique evening of musical
candlelight meditation. Norma brings alive
1000-year-old chants by Hildegard of
Bingen interspersed with sacred songs
based on the Spiritual Energies of those
present.
If you have
attended one of my events then you know
that there is a point where the atmosphere
in the room is rich and Spirit is tangibly
present. When this moment occurs in a
concert, I invite all those present to add
their voices in gentle humming as I sing.
